Martial Arts

Martial arts training is about blending combative skill with artistic expression. The Martial Arts program at Source 1 is based on the teachings of Guro Dan Inosanto and utilizes all aspects of martial arts: striking, ground fighting and weaponry.

Source 1’s Powerlifting program focuses on the fundamental movements of the human body: pulling, pushing and squatting. This program will make you stronger, more durable and more resilient in your daily life.


Semi-Private Training

Semi-private lessons are an excellent training option that combines a high degree of instructor attention with the high energy of a group class. Our semi-private sessions are limited to four students, with each student receiving personalized programming specific to their goals.
