Though beginning as a typical gym rat chasing the “pump,” he eventually came across and fell in love with the sport of powerlifting. A deep hunger for knowledge and passion for strength fueled his need to study. Because powerlifting is where passion meets science, it became the perfect conduit for his strength goals and the optimal way to help others in their fitness journey.
